Ahym is a world that was first torn apart by science vs nature. Once the cataclysm was over, it's people began to tear themselves apart all over again, allowing fear and prejudice to seperate them even further.

It's a world that was once a scientific marvel, and now, while remnants of it's glory days are visible in the technology they do have, the society and Culture has reverted back to system of politics and warfare.

Some images are from Disney's Treasure Planet, which is a movie all it's own, but does demonstrate some of the concepts I have in mind for Ahym. Other influences include Pirates of the Carribean, and a form PBeM game I co-ran called Ayar. Those concepts and properties are all © their respecitve owners.
